Just spent 3 nights there. Lovely size pitch, well kept. Friendly helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet. Shower room well kept but found water a little cool for me. Definitely go back

I had a fantastic stay at this caravan site. It’s perfect for families and pet owners, being both child and dog-friendly. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Its location is great too—only a 20-minute drive to York city center, making it easy to explore the area. Very nice camp. It's very clean and tidy, the bathrooms are great. Nice big pitches. The laundry machines are very cheap to use. The staff were really friendly. Great shop in the reception. For 31£ a night with two adults in a campervan with electric it's pretty nice. The bus stop to get into york is 15 minutes of walking next to a road

There were spiders in the toilets. They said they had massave football pitch and they didnt. One member of security targeted me for no reason because I was in my caravan a couple minutes late because I lost track of time. Other then this the rooms were nice as well as the service and location. But the trip felt ruined due to the downsides.

Me and my wife and 9 year old have just spent the Bank Holiday weekend on this site and I can't recommend it enough makes a great change from all the usual rubbish and noise you get on parks owned by coperate companies. Well done on a really nice spotlessly clean park in a great location. We will be definitely back again this year. 😃😃

I will keep it simple, A great well run little site all you need from a caravan site, Well laid out clean facilities good play area if you have children, we originally booked 4 nights and ended up staying 7. We will definitely return hopefully later in the year.

A great base for visiting York. Close to main road network but very peaceful, sheltered and quiet. The site is also very secure. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Pitches are well arranged and very spacious and nicely landscaped. The whole site is set in woodland. Excellent facilities. A variety of shops close by and pubs in neighbouring villages. Will return here.

A nice clean site with ample size pitches. A playground for children, only 15 minutes walk from a bus stop into York. A cycle route is close by. Why 4 stars…the showers are old fashioned and measly with the hot water. Happy to use this site again, on the whole it’s very good.

We had a lovely 8 nights on this site. Nicola and her team were very friendly and helpful throughout. Even in July it was very quiet. The site and surroundings are very nice. Facilities very good. The superpitch with electric and water station was a good size and flat. Would thoroughly recommend this site and will definitely be returning there.
